A favourite with the kids, a great standby when they bring friends round unexpectedly – and totally gluten free.
2 or 3 spare ribs per person
1-2 tblsp gluten-free soy sauce mixed with an equal quantity of oil
Brush the spare ribs on both sides and put on a rack under a medium grill.
Grill for 10-15 minutes, brushing with further mixture frequently. Turn halfway through cooking.
Serve with egg fried rice or special fried rice.
